Key Responsibilities
The Client Service Representative is responsible for a variety of customer service functions, including:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets, answering phone inquiries, and directing them to appropriate areas.
  • Managing appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Clearly presenting and processing fees, including payment transactions.
  • Advising clients on product and service options, including prescription needs.

Additionally, the representative will:

  • Address client inquiries regarding services and provide education on general pet care practices.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and correspondence.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, both inside and outside.
