About the RoleThis dynamic individual will be responsible for handling in-house auto damage claims, assisting in subrogation recovery, and coordinating with the insurance carrier.
The successful candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, time management abilities, and file management expertise.
Responsibilities:- Securing vehicle incident reports from operations managers, requesting damage photos, repair estimates, police reports, and scheduling repairs and arranging rentals as needed.
- Assisting in subrogation recovery against at-fault insurance carriers.
- Providing claim information/documents to the insurance carrier as requested.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in risk management or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
