About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that customers receive excellent service
  • Monitor performance and take action to ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards
  • Manage inventory, safety, and security during shifts
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition
  • Meet targets and help departments meet their goals
Requirements

We are looking for a positive team player with a flexible schedule who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
