Job Summary

Caring Place Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The Lodge Nursing & Rehab. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications: Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members through clear and respectful communication.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to facility policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Restorative Care and Restoration: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Nursing Staff: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and professional development.
  • Health Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Resident Rights: Respect and protect patient rights, including confidentiality, autonomy, and dignity.
  • Environment: Maintain a safe and clean environment, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • License: Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
  • Experience: Nursing graduates welcome.
  • Health: Must be in good general health, free of communicable diseases and emotionally stable.
  • Physical Abilities: Must have visual acuity to administer medications, ability to hear with or without use of prosthetics, and physical dexterity to perform treatments.
