UC Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Experience Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the Patient and Family Experience unit, you will play a vital role in enhancing overall customer satisfaction for patients, visitors, and staff through excellent service and quality care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. A proactive approach to resolving problems and complaints, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional care, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address areas for improvement in patient satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience, including proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in patient satisfaction and care

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • Notary Public for the State of Ohio (if Ohio resident), preferred; Nursing License, required
  • Three years of experience in complaint management, conflict resolution, and customer service in a healthcare environment
