A Day in the Life of a Beverage Specialist

Experience the excitement As a Beverage Specialist at Hash Kitchen, you play a vital role in crafting memorable experiences for our valued guests. The bar at Hash Kitchen is a full-service venue, offering a diverse menu of food and drinks. Your responsibilities will include preparing beverages, taking food orders, and engaging with our wonderful patrons. You will also be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, stocking, and organizing the bar for optimal efficiency.

  • Open and close the bar according to established procedures.
  • Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following the brand's recipes.
  • Organize and display liquor bottles and glassware attractively to enhance drink preparation and promote beverage sales.
  • Verify the legal age of guests purchasing alcohol.
  • Process guest payments, handle credit card transactions, and provide change as needed.
  • Maintain accurate cash receipts.
  • Clean and sanitize bar areas, equipment, and surrounding workspaces.
  • Monitor bar equipment and report any maintenance issues to management.
  • Uphold brand integrity by refusing service to guests who have over-consumed and assist in arranging transportation for those in need.
  • Serve food items to guests seated at the bar.
  • Assist in restocking and replenishing bar supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
