Non-Operative Sports Medicine Specialist

OrthoLinks Orthopedics is on the lookout for a dedicated non-operative sports medicine specialist to enhance their esteemed practice. Candidates must possess a valid medical license and be either board eligible or certified in primary care subspecialties, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or orthopedic surgery with a focus on non-operative care. The preferred candidate will have completed a fellowship in sports medicine.
Essential Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Possession of a Kentucky Medical License or the ability to secure one
- Completion of a residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of a Sports Medicine Fellowship is preferred
- Current Certification of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Sports Medicine or eligibility if in fellowship training
- Preferred experience in outpatient care settings
- Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities
- A solid work ethic
