About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service
    • Ring up customer orders and maintain a balanced cash drawer
    • Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about Goodwill programs
    • Direct higher-level questions to the appropriate associate or manager
  • Sales Floor Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including purging, colorizing, and merchandising
    • Check each rack/cart to ensure quality and value
    • Run one textile rack/wares cart per 15 minutes and update daily production tracking sheet
  • Donation and Inventory Management
    • Accept donations from customers and maintain a clean and clear donation door
    • Sort products and distribute them to appropriate areas
    • Load and unload trucks as needed and use heavy equipment, including a pallet jack and double stacker
  • eCommerce and Inventory Management
    • Develop a keen eye to identify and secure items of value for ClickGoodwill
    • Stay informed of market value of merchandise through eBay and other Internet shopping sites
    • Properly, efficiently, and carefully palletize, wrap, and ship totes to ClickGoodwill
