Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at Green Thumb. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Manage and oversee the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
  • Team Management: Coach and motivate team members to consistently deliver memorable, positive in-store customer experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
  • Cash Management: Maintain appropriate cash management, handling protocols, and daily reconciliation.
  • Expense Management: Manage effective order & expense management processes aligned with store budgets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.
  • Cannabis Experience: Cannabis experience preferred.
  • Inventory Control: Inventory control experience preferred.
  • Availability: Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs.
  • Reliability: Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
  • Age: Must be 21 years or older.
  • Background Check: Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
  • Knowledge: Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
  • Cannabis Laws: Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.
