- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor and review levels of IT services specified in the service-level agreements (SLAs) with the business.
- Research, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirement gathering processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
- 4-6 years of related experience.
- Code, schedule, run, and maintain manual and automated data processing jobs.
- Produce ad hoc and automated reports based on business needs.
- Lead in data onboarding projects.
- Experience with Data Processing.

$83,155.00 per year.
Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
