Monday to Friday from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Compensation:
This role is classified as grade 7, with a starting pay of $15.43 per hour. The final hourly rate will be determined based on qualifications and experience, in accordance with the college's compensation guidelines.

Job Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to execute general cleaning tasks and setups. Additionally, support will be provided for projects such as the cleaning of newly constructed or renovated areas.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of prior custodial experience.
- Ability to interpret and understand documents including safety protocols, data sheets, and operational instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct custodial duties across various campus facilities, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors; maintaining restrooms; disposing of waste; vacuuming carpets; and cleaning windows.
- Utilize custodial machinery such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and snow removal equipment.
- Perform cleaning of light fixtures and lenses as required.
- Assist the grounds team with snow clearance and the disposal of waste around the campus.
- Provide custodial support during facility events as necessary.
- Engage in specialized cleaning and moving tasks related to renovations and new constructions.
- Handle biohazard waste when required, following appropriate health and safety protocols.
- Manage the locking and unlocking of buildings and classrooms according to the college's event schedule.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned as relevant to the position.
Physical Requirements:
Medium lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, or 10 lbs constantly).
Visual Requirements:
General observation capabilities.
Work Environment:
Moderate noise levels.
Environmental Conditions:
Typical office or administrative settings, outdoor weather exposure, humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and potential hazards from fumes or airborne particles.
