Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage our financial reporting and cash flow management to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Supervise our finance and accounting operations, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions, the financial community, and our ownership and members
  • Provide strategic and operational support to our resort operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Assist in managing our bank and treasury functions, including cash management and risk management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Supervise and develop our accounting team, including providing training and guidance on accounting practices and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Director of Finance or VP of Finance in a multi-property resort hotel setting
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop programs that accomplish necessary objectives
  • Ability to learn technical material
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to reach top drawer of four-drawer cabinet
  • Moderate lifting and carrying, 15-45 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stretch repetitively
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
