Camp Operations Supervisor

The Alaska Center Education Fund: Trailside Discovery Camp seeks a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our camp site.
Estimated Salary$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our campers and staff. They will serve as the primary point of contact for guest speakers, field trips, parents, and camp staff from other locations.
We are looking for a candidate with previous management or leadership experience, as well as experience working with children in a formal or informal setting. The ideal candidate will be confident in driving a 15-passenger van with a trailer and have current First Aid/CPR certification.
The Site Manager will work closely with other managers, instructors of all ages, and campers aged 5-14. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
In addition to their operational responsibilities, the Site Manager will support the Program Manager, Specialist Instructors, Instructors, and Assistant Instructors at the site, coordinating with other Site Managers, the Floating Manager, the Logistics Manager, and the Camp Director to ensure that all five sites share resources fairly.
