The Clinical Nurse Specialist provides patient-centered care with a focus on the head and neck region, employing culturally sensitive practices and adhering to evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service while ensuring care is tailored to diverse patient populations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
- Valid Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimum of two years of experience in acute Step Down Care Nursing
