Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including financial and expense records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Collect and prepare information for management use, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to vendors, visitors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of related experience highly preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs, including Ariba and Concur.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
