Position Overview: We are seeking a talented CAD Technician to contribute to our projects. The successful candidate will possess a solid grasp of drafting methodologies and demonstrate proficiency in CAD applications.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce precise technical schematics utilizing CAD software
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and architects to confirm that designs fulfill project requirements
  • Modify drawings in response to feedback and alterations
  • Ensure compliance of all drawings with industry standards and regulations
  • Keep thorough records of designs and modifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a CAD Technician
  • Expertise in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
  • Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D modeling tools
  • Understanding of construction techniques and materials
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Compensation Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
