About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team at Baker Hughes Holdings LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, disassemble, and inspect mechanical equipment and assemblies
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on oilfield equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Develop and implement procedures for equipment maintenance and repair
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in a mechanical or related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Intermediate English and fluent Turkmen language skills
  • Experience with MS Office
