LPN Position Summary

At Epic Rehabilitation & Nursing at White Plains, we are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide daily support to our unit leadership and respond promptly to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Use nursing process, judgment, and skills to set priorities and deliver quality direct resident care
  • Communicate and collaborate with the care team to revise and update the Nursing Care Plan
  • Monitor and document vitals, treatments administered, and residents' responses
  • Prepare, organize, oversee, and evaluate the delivery of care for resident CNA assignments and activities
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of Nursing
  • Licensed and currently registered in good standing in New York as an LPN
  • Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and harmoniously with all staff
