At Epic Rehabilitation & Nursing at White Plains, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide daily support to our unit leadership and respond promptly to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.
Responsibilities:- Use nursing process, judgment, and skills to set priorities and deliver quality direct resident care.
- Communicate and collaborate with the care team to revise and update the Nursing Care Plan or any pertinent findings.
- Monitor and document vitals, treatments administered, and residents' responses.
- Prepare, organize, oversee, monitor, and evaluate the delivery of care for resident CNA assignments and activities.
- Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
- Licensed and currently registered in good standing in New York as an LPN.
- Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care.
- Must possess a spirit of cooperation, caring, and enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation and optimal resident health.
- Have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Work well under pressure and willing to work harmoniously with all staff.
