About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Brick Mason to join our team at Franjo Construction Corporation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing various types of CMU units and brick types, ensuring a high level of quality and safety in your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install CMU units and brick types, including layout, installation, and wash-down procedures
  • Operate equipment such as mixers, forklifts, and telehandlers for daily construction activities
  • Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding systems as required
  • Perform general daily safety inspections and maintenance of equipment
  • Knowledge of general building structures, elevations, grades, and concrete foundation structures and installation procedures
  • Responsible for daily production quantities and maintaining required production units as outlined by the project schedule
  • Assist in loading and unloading building materials and provide input on jobsite logistics and organization
Requirements
  • Completion of apprentice/vocational program or equivalent combination of training/education or a minimum of 5 years of field experience in the masonry trade
  • Results-driven with strong project and time management skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
