**Capital Projects Leader**

We are seeking an experienced process engineer to lead our capital projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, developing project plans, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. With a strong background in process design, including distillation, mass transfer, reaction, kinetics, and thermodynamics, you will lead the development of technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and scope projects using Front End Loading methods, evaluating process engineering alternatives based on technical feasibility and economics.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and maintenance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

This role requires a strong understanding of process design principles, including distillation, mass transfer, reaction, kinetics, and thermodynamics. A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is required, along with 7+ years of experience in Chemical and related industries. We also prefer candidates with Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and experience working with external engineering resources.
