CNC Machinist in Gear Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC-controlled and conventional machining machines to produce high-quality gear components.
• Adjust parameters and calibrate measuring devices to ensure accurate and precise measurements.
• Optimize production processes and workshop sequences to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct quality control checks on gear parts to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Monitor machine operation and identify potential issues to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve process disruptions.

Requirements:

• Three-year apprenticeship or equivalent experience in industrial mechanics, machinism, or a related field.
• Knowledge of CNC machines and programming languages is an asset.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail when handling delicate components and measuring tools.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and precision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to learn new software applications.
