About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC turner to join our team at Sapphire Enterprises, where you will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC-controlled and conventional machining machines.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC-controlled and conventional machining machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Adjust parameters and measure devices to ensure accurate and precise results
  • Optimize processes and workshop sequences to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and completeness
  • Monitor machine operation and identify potential issues
Your Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a three-year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, machinist, or similar qualification
  • CNC knowledge is an advantage, but not required
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate components and measuring tools
  • Precise and quality-conscious work ethic
  • Reliability and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
