Ridgeview Institute Smyrna is seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team as an Assessment and Referral Clinician.

Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate individuals and families to determine the need for mental health services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to individuals and families to promote mental health and well-being.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in mental health or social services.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
