Job Summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurses (ICU RNs) to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Round Rock. As an ICU RN at Baylor Scott & White Health, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care in our 26-bed mixed acuity unit.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care transitions
  • Participate in unit-based councils to improve patient outcomes and nursing practice
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum one year of ICU RN experience, two years preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire
