Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architecture Project Leader to join our Urban Planning and Design Group. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse range of landscape architectural projects, including park and trail design, urban design, and streetscape enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality projects.
- Oversee all phases of landscape architectural projects, from master planning to construction administration.
- Cultivate client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure project timelines and technical accuracy align with client expectations and budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in a large landscape architectural or multi-disciplinary firm.
- Registered Landscape Architect in Texas is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Microstation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of GIS Mapping, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, and InDesign is beneficial.
- Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management abilities.
