About the Role

This position is part of our team at East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation, working in Oakland, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing case management services to individuals facing housing stability challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with property and resident services teams to identify and engage residents in need of support.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Action Plans addressing housing stability, medical care, and self-sufficiency.
  • Connect residents with community resources, entitlement programs, and treatment providers.
Requirements
  • Licensure: California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC; ASW considered but clinical supervision unavailable.
  • Experience: 3+ years in mental health, substance use, or social services; 5+ years' experience in a housing setting preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce strong communication and crisis management, and commitment to harm reduction.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes up to 100% of employee premiums and 60% of dependent premiums for Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD and Life, EAP, Retirement, Paid Time Off, CA Paid Sick Leave, Holidays and Wellness Days off for all eligible employees.
