Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating students' speech and language abilities, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and providing direct therapy services to improve students' communication skills and support their academic progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities, including articulation, fluency, and language processing.
  • Therapy Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address each student's specific needs, and provide direct therapy services to improve students' communication skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and daily routines, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to ensure effectiveness, and maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school and state regulations.
  • IEP Participation: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and review of IEPs.
Qualifications
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in [State].
  • Experience: Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
