Job Summary

The Tuition Collector is responsible for the accurate and timely billing of tuition. This role is 100% remote and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology
  • Collaborate with ERS and Registrars to identify and resolve tuition billing issues
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the tuition billing process
  • Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions
  • Ensure ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from campuses
  • Assist with ledger reconciliation and/or student payment reconciliations

Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited university or college with 2+ years of business office or accounting experience required. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience working in tuition billing operations for an institution of higher learning.
