Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy

Location: Dallas, TX

Shift: 12 HR Days - 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Shifts Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Hourly Rate: $32 - $53 per hour

Job Overview:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy, you will utilize your skills as a licensed professional to oversee and deliver exceptional patient care. You will work within a dynamic healthcare team, assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing nursing care throughout various procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' needs and conditions, prioritize their care, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care throughout patient procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, track care indicators, and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients, families, and other staff on healthcare protocols and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care, ensuring all healthcare team members are well-informed about patient progress.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and professional requirements, ensuring compliance with policies and nursing standards.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 2+ years of RN experience in areas such as ED, Critical Care/ICU, OR, or Procedural settings (GI/Endo experience is a plus)
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Telemetry test required upon hire
