Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trials Assistant to join our team at MedTeam Staffing Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Clinical Operations Department and assist with the conduct of studies.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations Department
Assist with the conduct of studies, including data planning, data entry, and quality control
Support project teams with study-specific documentation and guidelines
Process data collection forms and assist with quality control audits
Assist with the coordination of investigator payments and team member tracking

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Associate's degree in medical technology or vocational training preferred
0-2 years of experience in a clinical or non-clinical background
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize workloads and manage time effectively
Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Competitive pay rate of $21 to $23 per hour depending on experience
