Job Overview

Oversee security personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety and protection of company assets and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Protect the company's assets and resources.
  2. Enforce security policies and procedures as established by the Safety and Security Manager.

SUPERVISORY ROLE

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The qualifications listed below represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.

All employees must be familiar with company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions. A comprehensive understanding of casino regulations and procedures, along with strong organizational and leadership skills, is necessary.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission License.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Effective communication in English is required.

MATHEMATICAL ABILITY

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is required.
