Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and a positive work environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement within the nursing department.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar healthcare position, with a focus on skilled nursing care.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and supervise a team of nurses.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
