We are in search of a skilled Senior Culinary Operations Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a dynamic bakery setting, showcasing a successful track record in menu innovation and the development of bakery, catering, and restaurant offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess a SERV Safe certification and demonstrate proficiency in leading a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Executive Chef in strategizing menu designs, recipe creation, and the realization of culinary goals.
- Supervise daily kitchen functions, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of kitchen personnel, nurturing a culture of professional growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and adhere to financial guidelines.
- Maintain rigorous sanitation and safety protocols in line with health regulations.
- Exemplify professionalism, creativity, and a strong work ethic, serving as a role model for the team.
- Provide mentorship and support to kitchen staff, encouraging teamwork and open dialogue.
- Contribute to the development and execution of innovative seasonal menus and special event offerings.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef or in a comparable role within a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
