**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bartender. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the bar area, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
**Responsibilities**
- Attend to guests before, during, and after their meals, adhering to our service model.
- Perform opening, running, and closing side work, maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Work collaboratively as a respectful and dedicated team member, contributing to our team service model.
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable experience, utilizing problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.
- Monitor tables periodically to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Develop knowledge of food, beer, wine, and liquor through on-the-job training and education.
- Apply problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations.
**What We Offer**
We operate a hybrid of traditional sections and a team service model, providing a fun and productive work environment. Our pay is consistent, ranging from $30-$45 per hour, paid weekly to facilitate easier budgeting.
