Event Mixologist

Job Summary:

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests. This role requires a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipe standards.
• Provide superior service to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and report any discrepancies to management.
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible beverage service.
• Provide prompt and accurate reports of income received during shifts.
• Assist with tasks as assigned by supervisor, including filling in for server shifts when needed.

Requirements:

• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and understand English.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
• Exhibits strong beverage knowledge.
• Must pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Requires lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

This role is part-time and requires working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
