Business Development Manager

As a General Manager at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, you will oversee the success of your store and team by setting high performance standards for customer service. Your responsibilities include coaching staff, managing marketing efforts, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting audits, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism.
You will provide ongoing training to your team to reach Company objectives, increase revenue, and further develop their skills while demonstrating leadership. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, you will oversee marketing efforts for your location, champion store security and loss prevention, help enforce adherence to quality standards, and review all transactions to create an environment that fosters growth and innovation.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who can effectively manage a team, drive sales growth, and maintain a clean and secure store environment. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers and employees, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
