Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PacLease Shop Foreman to join our team at Dobbs Truck Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our truck service shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to service technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the service shop to ensure that it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the service shop.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that the service shop is running smoothly.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a heavy-duty truck service environment.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License and a qualified MVR abstract.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
