Dental Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to deliver top-notch dental care as part of our dynamic team.
About the Role:- Welcome patients into the treatment area and ensure they feel comfortable and at ease
- Discuss dental care plans with patients, addressing any questions or concerns in a clear and empathetic manner
- Take vital signs and accurately record medical history, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Prepare and maintain sterilized equipment for exams and procedures, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety
- Assist the dentist during procedures and exams, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless patient care
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance
- Schedule appointments efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing wait times
- Associate's Degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-certified institution or equivalent
- Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB)
- Previous experience as a dental assistant, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Strong computer and data entry skills, with proficiency in electronic health records and practice management software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Able to deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing comfort, dignity, and satisfaction
