We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team at MetaSense Inc. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an AMA accredited program in Respiratory Care and possess a valid NY State license.
Qualifications:
- CRT Certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care
- RRT Registration from the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, though not mandatory
- BLS certification is required
- ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are advantageous
The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of acid/base and electrolyte balance, as well as the ability to manage critical situations effectively. Responsibilities include:
- Setting patient ventilator parameters using advanced principles of volume, flow, pressure, and time relationships
- Providing high-quality respiratory care to patients
