Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Consultant, you will:
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and insights to the Research Operations team, including the development of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and ensuring the quality control of clinical data.
  • Review and audit chart review data pre- and post-validation to uphold quality standards.
  • Facilitate physician interviews and screen-sharing sessions as necessary for data validation and verification.
  • Assist in the training and development of the portal utilized in onsite chart abstraction projects.
  • Deliver clinical consultation across various projects within the business unit.
  • Conduct educational plans in oncology as part of the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Support the creation of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
  • Present marketing information and provide training to physician practices.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of field-based nursing experience in a clinical or practice setting, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of consulting or related experience.
  • Familiarity with the development of outcomes-based contracts and metrics that evaluate performance on value-based care initiatives.
