Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile SSC Support Associate to join our team at Cumberland Farms Inc. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support in various corporate services functions, including mail room operations, copy center services, parcel shipping and receiving, and event assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail Room Operations: Manage the efficient processing and distribution of mail and packages.
  • Copy Center Operations: Provide high-quality copying, printing, and scanning services to support business needs.
  • Parcel Shipping and Receiving: Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing parcels.
  • Event Assistance: Support event setup, breakdown, and coordination, including training room setup and parking lot coordination.
  • Cold/Inclement Weather Assistance: Assist with snow removal, salt application, and walkway clearing.
  • Office Moves and Equipment Repair: Assist with cubicle setup, office moves, and equipment repair.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or custodial environment.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm.
