KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, masonry, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs.
  • Be on call for emergency maintenance issues as they arise.
  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules and special projects as needed.
  • Oversee the maintenance team to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with management on budget considerations and project planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance with expertise in repairs, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation.
  • Certification such as EPA Universal or Type II is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work on-call, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Must have a smartphone for communication.
COMPENSATION:
  • Hourly wage ranging from $16 to $22 based on experience.
  • Opportunities for monthly renewal commissions and bonuses.
