Responsibilities:- Advise clients on complex tax matters and deliver high-quality tax services and advice.
- Review and analyze individual income tax, gift, estate, and trust returns for ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to ultra-high net worth families on tax-related matters, including current and forward-looking considerations.
- Build, manage, and direct multiple client engagement teams, ensuring active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the growth, process improvements, and institutional knowledge of the Family Office tax practice.
- Mentor, coach, and manage a team of talented tax professionals.
- Minimum five years of recent ultra-high net worth tax experience in an accounting firm and/or law firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, with the ability to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials within one year of hire.
- Demonstrated track record of business development, with the ability to develop and maintain existing internal and external client relationships and build new relationships with key targets.
- Experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams, as well as developing and mentoring staff within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex information.
