Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to provide high-quality care to patients with various mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to address patients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Administer medication and treatments, and provide emotional support to patients and families.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification.
  • 1 year of direct experience in a mental health setting.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages preferred.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with potentially combative patients. PPE is required for handling biohazardous materials.
