Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Private Duty Pediatric Nurse. This is a PRN opportunity with weekly pay, offering flexibility and opportunities for career growth.

As a Private Duty Pediatric Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to acutely ill and/or chronically ill patients in their homes, working under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws governing the practice of nursing.
  • Documenting patient visits thoroughly and completely per regulatory and payer requirements.
  • Actively participating in the agency's care coordination process, including timely reporting patients' needs and changes in condition.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of patient health information per agency policy.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
