About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Franchise Development Manager to join our team at TBC Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting new franchisees, developing relationships with existing franchisees, and exceeding aggressive sales goals. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new franchisees for Midas
- Develop relationships with existing franchisees and operations teams
- Explain the systems and programs for Midas
- Create strategic development opportunities
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 2-4 years of experience in high-growth franchise sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with lead generation software (e.g., Salesforce CRM system)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key financial metrics
