Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at LHC Group in Houghton, Michigan.

About the Role:

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient's functional status and occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide evidence-based techniques and coordinate with other healthcare team members
  • Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
