Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest MRI technology and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a formal diagnostic radiology program
  • MR-ARRT certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • R-ARRT certification from the American Registry of Radiology Technologists
  • CMRT certification from the Texas Medical Board
  • At least 3 years of experience in MRI technology
