Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the appropriate loan type and provide the corresponding application.
  • Collect and process loan applications efficiently.
  • Compile necessary documentation for loan approval, including financial statements and credit histories.
  • Conduct OFAC checks, account status verifications, and UCC searches.
  • Prepare worksheets for loan officers and source documents for real estate transactions.
  • Draft and finalize loan agreements.
  • Review loan documentation for precision and compliance.
  • Facilitate the closing and funding of loans.
  • Manage draw requests for revolving credit lines and construction financing.
  • Track and resolve exceptions as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in banking is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual with multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use office equipment.
  • Standard work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
